1. Eligibility and Business Use
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. Our services are intended for business use.
2. Services
Synvola provides AI-powered call and voice workflow automation features, which may include call handling, routing, transcripts, summaries, analytics, and integrations, based on your plan configuration. We reserve the right to update or modify the services at any time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining secure credentials, all activity under your account, and providing accurate information.
4. Subscription, Billing, and Payment
Paid features operate on a subscription or usage basis. Fees are billed in advance unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be charged where required. Failed or overdue payments may result in access suspension. We will provide prior notice of any pricing changes.
5. Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. After cancellation, access continues through the current paid term. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the services to:
- violate any applicable laws or regulations
- infringe on the rights of others
- transmit malware or harmful code
- interfere with the security or integrity of the services
- attempt unauthorized access to the services or related systems
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services may interoperate with third-party tools and platforms. Your use of any third-party service is governed by their respective terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The services, software, documentation, and branding are owned by or licensed to AIMEDIAFLOW INC. During your active subscription, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services in accordance with these terms.
9. Customer Data and Privacy
You retain rights to your data. By using the services, you authorize us to process your data as necessary for service provision, security, support, improvement, and legal compliance. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Service Availability and Changes
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance and updates may occur at any time.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIMEDIAFLOW INC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the services, breach of these terms, or violation of any law.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, or if continued use poses a legal or security risk.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
